Hi Louella, I had the scar in a similar place from my first surgery (still in a similar place now but no nipple or boob). One of the problems that I found was that the numbness and scrambled nerves made everything painful. Most of the time, I went braless. If that's not an option, try the ah bra knockoffs from Kmart or Target - from memory they were about $15. A bit like a crop top that you step into. My GP gave me a wad of the soft non-adhesive wound dressings that I could tuck in and around my bra or t-shirt to stop things rubbing.
