DIEP flap and subsequent pregnancy

Hi folks, 
I was talking to a younger lady with breast cancer today, who is trying to decide on the best option regarding reconstruction. She is doing neoadjuvant chemo at the moment.

She is leaning towards a DIEP flap, however she is hoping to have another baby after her treatment has ended, and hasn't been able to get clear advice as to whether this would be feasible after the tummy surgery. She has previously given birth once via Caesarian section.

Anyone have any experience/useful information that might be helpful?
