Hi Aries Have just read about your experience. It must have been distressing to learn of the return of DCIS and to wonder if it could have been avoided. Hope that you are doing okay and have recovered well from your surgery.
i am soon to undergo wide excision surgery for high grade DCIS and will soon be faced with the decision to go ahead with radiation treatment. I am learning that there are a number of decisions to be made regarding treatment options and it can be very confusing.
