I love your Lets get this sucker out, thats exactly how I felt, just get this cancer out of me. I too had exactly the same, so 4 rounds of chemo (not all of us need chemo by the way) and 6 weeks of radiation.
How our bidy reacts to the surgery and treatment is all different but it is all doable. Good luck wiht it all and stay in touch.
