Hi Ann. When I had my lumpy I was unable to wear underwires for a while. I used the berley bra that opens front and back and supports really well. Ugly??? MMm, yes, but comfy wins. I am sure they come in e cups and are called post surgery bras. Do you have a Breast care nurse? They can order you a my care kit with a bra in it from bcna. There is also a recovery dvd too.
As for driving, it can depend and I would certainly speak with your Breast surgeon about it
