You can always change your mind, if you have that is. Call your BS and say you'd prefer to see a PS to explore the skin sparing option first. Despite what it feels like sometimes, you are in the driver's seat.
Are you looking at a DIEP reconstruction? I presume you are as I understand that is a better option for those having rads.
