I had exactly that and the thought of it was much worse than the real thing. They position you just like a normal mammogram then they give you a local anaesthetic so you don't feel anything. There is a bang sound as they take the biopsy but it's fine. They explain what is happening all of the time so you feel informed. Wiggle your toes as a distraction and you'll be fine. Good luck.
