Arm nerve pain post surgery

Newbie3312, it has been 10 months since my full auxiliary clearance from under armpit, and my upper arm is still numb.at the back and underneath. I have full movement of my arm, and that’s even after breaking my shoulder ( surgery side) , so keep up the exercises,
lt gets better with time, even the feeling of numbness , not so quite annoying.

I remembered doing some self massage very gently, I still do .
