Am I paranoid

Hi jane I had an ongoing sore red hot breast just below the nipple off and on for about six years I was told it was a blocked milk duct In February this year I went for a checkup with my new doctor for my hypothyroidism tests and mentioned the sore breast to him Immediately sent for mammogram, ultrasound and surgeon The area I complained about all these years showed a 100mm mass of dcis By May I had wide incision (1.3kg of tissue taken) and sentinel node biopsy So no I don't think your mad I would most definitely ask for further investigation especially when you have a history All the best
