I have an appt with Tattooist tomorrow and then need to decide if I go with surgery to create the areola or tattooing only.

That's the million dollar question. For a long time I wanted tattoos only, but after seeing some of the nipples on the breast reconstruction page am leaning towards nipples. Unfortunately have not seen anyone with nipples only at this point. I guess lots depend on if you want to go braless or not?
