Hi Pini, I went for a silicone implant, as they feel softer than saline. There are many ladies here who have saline implants, and many with silicone. I don't believe there is an issue with leakage anymore, as the silicone is not liquid like it was many years ago. I will send you a private message with my phone number if you want to chat.
