Hi Kay, it is great to know that there are still Drs who are happy receiving 100% of the schedule fee and do not feel the need to charge huge mega bucks on top. I am out of pocket about $12000 for a double reconstruction with silicone implants, and I have full health insurance. My breast surgeon, plastic surgeon, and anaesthetist all charge above this rate. It doesn't seem right does it? Love Chris xx
