I have a strangeness about becoming dependent on codeine so my APAC nurse told me I can use Nurofen with the panadol osteo tabs.
I felt unable to use codeine every time a twinge happened but panadol osteo just wasn't strong enough.
Now I understand about "topping up" the panadol osteo.
All is well and I can go home and relax as I found Glucosamend for the dog finally and had my midday meds at 2.40pm. Nurses and the physio changed my dressing and showed me exercises completely. Lunch and meds had to wait.
Makes me "snippy" as my man puts it. :)
