It is better this morning after speaking with the nurse from the Short Stay Surgery Unit, last night. I needed permission to take the stronger panadiene forte. They worked a treat as I did my exercises and have had a shower, to wash my hair too. Am back onto panadol osteo tabs this morning and the day is very sunny. I just don't know if I am being a sooky for whimping out and needing the stronger pain meds.......I won't allow things to get out of manageable range again. Hurting is a valid reason for taking them.
