Zometa infusions

I too had side effects with Taxol but did finish all 12 doses (still have the funny feet to prove it!). But my oncologist never mentioned this medication when we talked through the options. Agree with @PV123, your oncologist should explain the reasons and provide you with written material on the treatment, its benefits and side effects, as should be the case with any medication or treatment.
