I had cording in my right arm from chemo very severely, you can still see how bad it is now, there was nothing to do for it, I just kept slowly stretching it, so have full movement no probs at all just looks unsightly. I also had cording after my mastectomy/recon but again over time settles down with gentle stretching and exercise. x
