Hi Ali,
I had Chemo after my surgery so am not the best person to answer this question. Do note that the general forum has a lot more activity than the individual groups so posting there will get a lot more feedback and personal experiences from the ladies.
I personally had all sorts of weird pains as well as aches during Chemo so would not be surprised if Chemo was causing it.
I trully seriously doubt that Chemo is not working as having had AC until a month ago (the effects of it still very much present) and seriously doubt pain is caused by Cancer but since that is what you fear I would strongly suggest you discuss that with the Dr during the next visit or even with the breast care nurse beforehand as probably likely to get in to see her sooner.
They will be able to examine you at least and help you have some certainty.
