Hi Ali,
I don't have an answer but just wanted to let you know I've experienced similar. I've completed my AC and have 2 taxol left and have found I've been getting a lot of pain in the affected breast and armpit on and off throughout chemo. My lump has shrunk considerably, both my oncologist and surgeon are fairly hopefully that I'll have complete response as neither can feel the lump anymore (it was 7cm). Guess only time will tell as I have my bilateral mastectomy in 3 weeks.
