Oh yes I remember that one yes sometimes its like electric shock ,use a gel freezer pack but be careful not to use it to long and ensure you wrap it in a towel, and keep up the exercises, that pain I remember the surgeon apoligizeing saying it was her fault as she just wanted to get the beast. it does go away but you will continue to experience weird feelings for a long time, my mum who is now 80 had bc at 35 and said she still gets pains every now and then. You should see her scars my goodness surgery has come such along way, but look she is still here.Thinking of you Adean
