Toe nail has detached from one side and bottom - should I get it removed or leave it.

Mine did that (like a little door!) and I just left it. About a week later it came off with no damage. Mine just sort of stayed in place but you could use a bandaid to hold it down and check its progress each time you changed the bandaid. K xox
