To shave or not to shave
what are people's experiences? My hair is thinning but I still have quite a bit of hair at the back and a little hair that shows as a 'fringe' when I wear a hat. My scalp is sensitive and I lose hair...
While I lost most, I didn't lose all my hair. I chose to have my hubby shave my head after my second chemo because my head was too sensitive and a little sore and I wanted it to grow back evenly. As soon as it was shaved my scalp was no longer sore. I still used a drop of shampoo every day on my scalp and it felt great although a little cold until I got used to it. Now 6 weeks after chemo has finished I have soft fuzz covering all my head. I never regretted shaving it.
