All the best @Cath62.
Everybody reacts so differently. . It's pretty daunting reading the long list of things that can happen and all the things you "should" do.
After the first one they can tweak things to suit and you get into a bit of a routine as when the good and not so good days will be.
To be honest I loved the steroid high on day two and three. Got so much done and it was a good time to plan any social things I wanted to do. Number 4 AC was pretty rough rough but by then it was over. I refused the neulasta after the first one, for me that was harder than the chemo drug. If you don't want to take something make sure you speak up and if you do get sick let them know. You tend to get the boring cheap drugs unless you ask for the good stuff :) Read that as maxalon vs ondansetron for nausea.
I had only minor SE's from paclitaxel. No steroids and no anti nausea needed with that.
Fingers crossed things run smoothly for you
