I had a bilateral mastectomy in June last. It does take time for things to settle down. I experienced tightness for a couple of months or more post surgery...but feeling much more comfortable now. I found massaging Moo-Goo along the suture line and surrounds about x4 times a day to be helpful. Also wearing a nice soft loose fitting singlet under my clothing. Keep up your exercises too..
