The Last Bald Photoshoot
Hi Everyone,
Just today I got back the photos from the last bald photoshoot I did with a very good photographer who I've been friends with nearly a decade, and a fantastic makeup artist / body painter...I love how these ones are a bit bizarre / alien?? Even though it was not our intent!
My hair was just starting to grow back. Sadly I didn't get to do any more shoots after this one as I started radiation & was too damn tired all the time...but it was great fun while it lasted!

The photos are gorgeous although my absolute favorite was the head jewellry last year. It was so pretty.
Its hard settling back into normal life after the big upheaval we have had to face, I was lucky enough to have a job to go back too but I struggled all last year. There were moments when I wondered why I was pushing myself but the year ended well, my persistance was worth it and I feel so much better. Of course I still struggle with my weight as much as I try and make healthy choices it just doesn't budge for me, I also have issues with fatigue and have had to learn to adjust my expectations.
All that said I am happy with the direction I am going and wish the same for you.

I still pop in from time to time, to answer the odd question or just have a read behind the scenes. Now that treatment is over I really don't have that much to post about! Getting these photos back today was something worth posting though!
Every now and again I have moments where I need to be away from all things BC related, so I'm not coming on here all the time like before. Work is exactly that, work! I am starting to regret taking the first job I could get, but I have to plan my course of action to try & get something better - more study is on the cards, and possibly volunteer work, to get some experience.
I wish BC brought on a big revelation that fixed all of the issues that were there before it (I know for some people it does just that, everything becomes clear to them) but for me sadly that wasn't the case! Still fighting the same demons as before ie. need to lose weight, need to figure out my career, need to improve certain relationships, need to save money etc etc! Aaargh!
Anyways, I'll try to pop in more often, I usually enjoy helping out with advice if I can. Hope all is well for you, & PS. I LOVE the swimmers in your photo! :-)

Oh how I LOVED the eyelashes! I've tried to do false eyelashes myself before, but I can't do it because I can't see properly out of my left eye...so I get one side looking ok & the other side never lines up right!
The girl who put these on for me said that she's never had to put them on someone who didn't have any eyelashes of their own, she said it made it a bit trickier because normally the fake lashes kind of sit above the natural lash line... glad a pro was doing it for me as I'd have no hope!
