I concur with @"Kiwi Angel". I was the same. The first was the worst in many ways, shock of new etc. Second was the easiest, third very hard and the fourth harder, sheerly because of exhaustion. I had low bp issues, that got worse with each cycle, and breathlessness, a racing heart and weakness whenever I had to walk up the slightest hill. I also had problems with my hands that got worse with each cycle.
The constipation stayed the same all the way through!
Sleep is a big problem for most people on any kind of BC treatment it seems. TC does keep you up at night. It also appears for many very difficult to get the drs to take it seriously. I also eventually managed to persuade my GP to give me a prescription for Temazepam. It won't knock you out all night, but it gives you about 4 hours and puts you to sleep reasonably quick. Most of the time anyway!
