@kmakm - My house is built in the sand but the dunes separate me from the beach. On BOTH sides of my place there are huge ti tree lakes, like massive inland waterways, you think you're in Africa. They could easily take another 10 metres of water leaving me up on a sandy island as the tidal wave fills up the lakes. I've got it all sorted.
