Stomach issues on chemo
Finally started first Chemo session 3 days ago. Had a heavy head for a couple of days and now really quite uncomfortable with stomach issues. I feel like my food isn’t digesting but just sitting there...

Aflatoxin contaminated peanuts may trigger cancer. The chance of any serious level of aflatoxins in peanuts in Australia is very low. Some sites actually recommend grapes as ‘anti cancer’ foods! The only one I’d be certain of is that no doctor will recommend alcohol! Red, yellow, white or brown. Keeping to the (revised) minimum per week is safest ( apart from not drinking) but as it’s a trigger, not necessarily a cause, it’s hard to tell what other triggers alcohol may interact with. A well intentioned nurse told me breast cancer was ‘caused’ by cow’s milk. Again, ingesting high levels of dairy fat may also act as a trigger, for a few things, but that’s not the same as a cause.
