Skin irritation from continually weeping eyes

Hi I have weeping from the corners of my eyes and I have been putting paw paw cream on a cotton bud and gently putting it on the red chapped area. It is very sore but the cream seems to help. I also get a runny sore nose and I do the same thing just inside my nostrils.
My hands are in a terrible state with redness, rash and skin peeling and I use MooGoo for that as it seems to help.
