Hi! I have been on Tamoxifen for 11 months and I haven't experienced hair loss! I must admit when I read your post I went Oh no! that's not what I need! and indeed I haven't to date.
There is a long list of side effects and I am fortunate enough to experience only 2 annoying effects which I am not sure sure if it is Tamoxifen or my other medication, Zoladex, as the offender.
