Shooting pains in breast some time after surgery
There was discussion a while ago about shooting pains in the "breast" that hit out of the blue - and sometimes recur every however many seconds for up to an hour. I'm 9 months post-surgery and 8 weeks...

I still get pains in my side near the breast five years after surgery. My GP thought perhaps scar tissue impinging on a nerve and my oncologist went along with that diagnosis. I’ve stopped worrying about it now but I’ll turn a certain way and suddenly, it takes my breath away. It only lasts for a few seconds fortunately and I just live with it now. Another of the “fun things” we have to cope with post BC.
