Shingles, arimidex and clean bill of health

Happy and healthy 2015 everybody. It has to be a thousand times better than last year!!

I finished five weeks of radium on Oct 31 and went on Arimidex late November. I then had the misfortune of catching shingles two weeks before Christmas. They say it's due to radiation and low immune system. I still have some nerve pain when trying to sleep at night and hopefully the scars will disappear soon. Will see radiotherapist doctor in two weeks time for 2 monthly check up. Don't have to see oncology doctor or surgeon until April for first mammogram/ultrasound since surgery last April. Yepeee!!!!
