I understand exactly as I can't lie either. My fellow managers knew and some staff but others just say, love the make over. I think going from curly th straight has assisted.
I felt sorry after I told the truth to a guy who said I looked great, have you lost weight? Have you been trying? 6 kilos is hard to hide! When I told him the reason his face told me I should have just smiled and said thanks!
