Have been quite fine. Had to refine a few of my meals, i.e. no longer can tolerate spicy food and had to make sure I was checking in on my feelings as found myself beco...
I get that comment too, on how well I look. I'm never sure how to respond to that. Obviously my appearance betrays how I'm truly feeling and I'm not sure if that's good or bad. Do you know what I mean?
