Again, many thanks. Two weeks after completion and yes, this is fun!!!! Off to the chemist to get one or more of the things you have suggested so that I can find out which gives me some relief - mind you I am at home and walking around with area exposed but then there is nothing to see except red..... ah the pleasures.
