Post-Treatment Fatigue
Gosh I am having a whammy of a fatigue day. I don't get them very often. Today I feel utterly wrecked. My body feels like lead and I just want to crawl into bed and sleep. Which I won't do because then I'll be awake all night.
I've had a long lie in and a slow and gentle start. What's the best thing to do now? Should I try to power through, go for a brisk walk and get on with the housework? Or is it best to have an easy day? I genuinely don't know what the strategy should be for these days and would love to hear what the hive mind suggests! K <3

- kezmuscMemberHey @Kmakm,
I would always try to get outside or choose a small job that I had been meaning to do(something that will only take about 15 mins, I have a very long list of jobs :) like hang a picture or sort some photos out or similar. One of those things you just never get around to doing. Not housework, yuk.
A small thing would always give me a little sense of achievement for the day. Mind you Tim Tams , wine and Netflix are always a good option as well. Take care. xoxoxSign in to react to this post - LMK74MemberI'd just take it easy. Our bodies go through so much physically it's no wonder we feel f..ked some days.Sign in to react to this post

@kmakm Kate I would go for a gentle walk as it might help energy levels and might help with sleep tonight - I would hold off of on the brisk and then hold off on the housework until you feel more energetic. As you are always saying to me "be kind to yourself" xo
