While the talk is about getting exercise every day during treatment @kmakm , I've kind of picked up that the medical folk often mean just getting out of bed and moving around. So cooking and washing definitely make that! Hope you feel more on top of it today.
I hate that I have to make lists these days. I used to make lists so that other people knew what to do (diary was for the same reason) - I kept it all in my head! In a lecture group of potential librarians, I was the only one who was not a compulsive list maker. Totally different story now - my lists have lists. (And if I'm being honest, it started around the time I had babies)
