Permanent Hair Loss?

I get the feeling just from this site that docetaxel isn't used as much as before.  It is a viscous drug, but my hair did return, took about 7 months before I took the caps off.  (And it looked like I had a short buzz cut).  A friend who I met through treatment has not had much luck though, her hair didn't return well.  I was never warned pre chemo either, I don't think they had it listed as a possible side effect.  It seems to take a long time for them to list things.   I so hope you all find something that will help.
