Penguin Cold Caps
Hi, i'm interested to hear from anyone who has successfully used the Cold caps to prevent hair loss. Are they painful? Did they work? Cheers, Catherine

I have written a few posts about my cooling cap experiences so if you click on my name you should be able to see those along with some photos of before and now. I am currently halfway through my chemo program. I have had 3 rounds of FEC so far and about to start three rounds of T. I still have hair but it is a lot thinner than it used to be. Strangers wouldn't know the difference and I have started wearing a hat to cover the bald spot on top. Have a look at my photos anyway.
