Hi Peta,
I went to my Physio who has completed 2 sessions on my shoulder and scar under my arm! Feel soooo much better! Can even sleep easier. I just felt that after surgery I favoured my arm and avoided using it like I should have. The Physio really helped with releasing the knots and explaining the importance of scar massage.
I still have a numb patch on the back of my shoulder blade which is a bit annoying and my arm hurts when I open the heavey doors at work.
