Paclitaxel can affect nails - I didn’t lose any, and my fingernails just got slightly discoloured but my toenails were split like veneer left out on the rain and went white, grey, black and brown! Grew out eventually!
But watch out for tingling sensations in toes and fingers - paclitaxel can also cause peripheral neuropathy - damage to nerve endings - and while that too usually clears up after treatment, it doesn’t always. Keep an eye on it and discuss with your oncologist. Best wishes.
