new pain, could the cancer of spread already?!

Thanks girls/ladies, you comments have put me at ease a little.
Had an xray, which I know will be clear cos I haven't broken or fractured anything. At this stage I have a bone scan late next week, I had 1 in mid Nov, so prob not great having another 9 months later, but will give an answer at least
