new pain, could the cancer of spread already?!

Hi everyone, am I going crazy? I had a double mastectomy nov 2016 & after chemo, radio, oopherectomy, then implant exchange 2 months ago.  I've been having a lot of pain in my scapula (shoulder blade...

Thanks, I have seen a few new osteo's last few weeks as mine has gone on maternity leave,  they don't work the same & maybe have caused the issue from the waythey treated, even though it hasn't happened straight after treatment & treatment felt gentle enough. Frozen shoulder isn't great.
