Hi there @Wren20 ...I also have had severe peripheral neuropathy in feet and hands. Finished taxol a year ago, and I have learned to live with it. I told my onco I'd rather go into my coffin later with velcro, rather than earlier with buttons and stuck it through. I'm an avid knitter, and although I have severely swollen and stiff jointed fingers due to an autoimmune disease, as well as the numbness from the neuropathy, I still enjoy my knitting. Get through about ten 100g balls of yarn a month. Hi AllyJay....so did you take any meds to alleviate neuropathy? I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis, at least I did have prior to BC diagnosis....the BC drugs seemed to be masking or alleviating RA. Indeed, when all this numbness began, I couldn't tell if were Ra or neuro .... , what type of things do you knit with your 100g 10 balls a month ? I am now doing a vest. Have a good day, thanks for your message.
