It didnt work for me unfortunately so alot of epsom salt baths for me and panadol or the stronger stuff when it was too much and I needed to be up and about. My massage chair helped but so did a small massage roller ball $5 from kmart to roll over my limbs and shoulders. Best wishes. there is an end to it!
