Start the claratyne the same day you start your steroids --makes it easier to remember though you do need to take it at least a day before the colony booster. Keep taking it for a week. Some oncologists say it's rubbish and doesn't help. Please ask anyway, I've never heard of anyone being told not to take it. Reactions to the neulasta vary wildly, bit for me it was the nastiest part of the whole Chem fest. Mxx
