Me too. I'm about to start Prolia (Denosumab) for the same reason. It's more expensive, but I can have it as a subcutaneous injection at my GP's. Hope your onc warned about the cost unless you have a health care card.
You should have a complete dental check before you start, too. Another expense

Was this your first bone density test, or a repeat? Do you know what your T score is?
It was my 3rd, the first being just before starting AI's, the 2nd was
October 2017, then in February. In the time between the 2nd & 3rd my lumbar spine dropped from just below 0 to -1.7.
Not happy. Cancer...... the gift that keeps on giving
