Mouth sore, tongue sore and nausea...any suggestions?

You ladies here are wonderful, such helpful lived experience with handling the nausea. . I don’t find the forum easy to navigate but that’s probably because I’m not feeling very well. Day 5 seems to be my worst. Crushed ice is helping. Feel sick but curiously hungry too, so weird.
