Mouth sore, tongue sore and nausea...any suggestions?
I am using nilstat, biotene, bi-carb and salt...some relief but open to any advice. Nausea - is wanting to stick around. I really donʻt want to take any more medication. Have focused on breathing, ...

Hi @Tasia,
I hope you are feeling much better and improving. Reading your posts gave me an impression that you are resourceful and courageous. I have some suggestions and hoping it will help you too.
Nausea - ginger candy ( you can buy from health shop) or ginger tea
Dry mouth - I use Oral 7 Mouthwash ( you can buy from Chemist warehouse) this does not have alcohol and helps to moisturise the mouth.
Also, sucking some lozenges can help increase saliva production which helps soothe dry mouth too
Diarrhoea or feeling fatigued - I drink electrolyte such as Hydralyte to help balance and restore the minerals I loss because of diarrhoea or too much sweating. It also helps to relax my muscles when I have cramping.
Dry and itchy skin - try Moogoo lotion or La Roche Posay. I apply the lotion all over my skin while it is still damp to help with itch because of dry skin.
