Mouth sore, tongue sore and nausea...any suggestions?
I am using nilstat, biotene, bi-carb and salt...some relief but open to any advice. Nausea - is wanting to stick around. I really donʻt want to take any more medication. Have focused on breathing, ...

Trying to manage other symptoms -present and as they emerge...I just sigh....breathe it out and keep at it.
Im trying to maintain some level of paid work and it feel like I’m pushing a loaded wobbly wheel barrow uphill. Truth is what scares me most is not the uphill challenge known to me now but what awaits - next weeks 4th cycle and treatments that follow.
How will I manage more of whatever it throws at me?
