Hi@Locksley and BerylC - having the support and advice sparks hope and spirit to keep trying ways to ease the experience of the symptoms. How good a job I’m doing at it - don’t know...
When eating somewhat normal is not on chemos agenda, be it mouth sores, nausea or lack of appetite I make smoothies (strawberry/blueberries//banana/pear yoghurt, honey, finely ground mixed raw nuts&seeds and hemp seeds (I add a whole kiwi when my mouth can tolerate the pain or beetroot kale/carrot/apple/ginger/mint juices. If I can, I drink them slowly or spoon feed self.
For extra support, I invite Van Morrison to join me - music helps me chase some of the nasties away 💃
